Kibel is a Venezuelan immigrant and a mission-driven professional, committed to humanize every project she leads. As a Psychologist, Learning and Development professional, and an Executive Coach, she has been continuously promoting safe spaces where individuals and team members in organizations can improve themselves and work together in a better environment.
Kibel completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. She also holds a Specialization in Groups Dynamics and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Millennia Atlantic University in Miami, Florida. Most recently, she graduated from New Women New Yorkers’ in-person LEAD Winter 2022 Series.
Kibel loves reading poetry, fiction, and anything connected to personal development. She loves art, so you may bump into her if you go to see new plays, films, and art exhibitions!
