Martha is deeply dedicated to empowering immigrant women, drawing from her personal experience as the first in her family to immigrate to a new country. Understanding the profound challenges that come with such a transition, she has contributed significantly to projects aimed at supporting this group.
Hailing from Colombia, Martha graduated from the LEAD Program in the fall of 2022. She brings with her over a decade of expertise in customer service and administrative roles.
Outside of work, Martha has a passion for technology and jazz music. She cherishes spending quality time outdoors with her family.
